Delivery
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. All our orders are usually dispatched within 48 Hours of Payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Below is an estimate of the delivery times. These guidelines are APPROXIMATE and can vary depending on parcel delivery volumes and local weather conditions.
Standard Delivery
Sydney Metro: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express Delivery
Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days
Interstate: 1-3 business days
Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Please note we rely on Australia Post to provide delivery services so we cannot guarantee delivery times and We don’t take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
Click & Collect
To place a Click & Collect order, add your products to the shopping cart and select the Click & Collect delivery method during checkout. Once your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you an email with instructions to pick up.
Typically, Your order will be ready to collect the next business day from our store in Drummoyne.

Return Policy
It is our goal for customers to be fully satisfied with their orders.
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days from the day you received it. As this is a food item, Due to health and hygiene reasons return items must be unopened/unused and in the same condition you received it with the receipt.
When we received your return, our team will assess the product/s and will notify you if you are eligible for a refund. Once eligible we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Customer is responsible for their own shipping costs when returning which is non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
